the last decade, P&L has acquired and sold over $3.3 Billion (book value) in
sub-performing and non-performing debt and real property. Clients have
included partnerships of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), financial institutions, large
corporations, and state governments (e.g., State of Maryland)
