We are financial advisors for numerous government loan sales (e.g., the first, third and fifth bulk loan sales by the Small Business Administration) and for some corporate sales. As both a consultant and an owner of distressed debt and real estate, we have a unique understanding and knowledge on how to maximize the return on such assets.

sub-performing and non-performing debt and real property. Clients have
included partnerships of the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), financial institutions, large
corporations, and state governments (e.g., State of Maryland)
